Mis-Shipments
While we have a very high accuracy rate for our shipments, we do occasionally make mistakes. Please contact us at merch@dudedad.com if you did not receive the item that you purchased and we will assist with a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, as long as the items are in the same condition and undamaged, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Better in person!
T-shirt is actually a nicer color of grey than in the picture! Size L was a true large and fit perfect. Love this purchase. Husband is happy too!

Birthday gift
Fit is true to size! Fits my son, a new dude dad to be, great! Had asked my son-in-law, who is a dad, a good gift my son’s birthday that was dad-related. He sent me the link to this shirt. From and still in Colorado, our family passes around dude dad videos—-laughing out loud! The Colorado transplant one was our latest and favorite—nailed it!

Hurts to write this
Love you guys And your merch. We loved the shirt Design and quality. When we washed it though, it seemed like the red bled in a few places on the shirt. We washed it in cold and hung dried it, so not sure what we could have done wrong.

Great tee
I bought these already for Christmas presents so the men haven't seen them yet. But they well constructed and with soft, good material. We have the CMD tee shirts and the men love them. They still look like new and they have been washed numerous times!
