Returns are accepted for 30 days after the purchase date, as long as the items are returned in new condition and unwashed. We do not offer exchanges, rather we will refund your order and you can place another one. If your original order included a promotion or discount that is no longer active, please email us at email@example.com and we will advise how to proceed to include that discount on your new order. Your payment method will be credited back the full purchase price when the item is received at our warehouse.
While we have a very high accuracy rate for our shipments, we do occasionally make mistakes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you did not receive the item that you purchased and we will assist with a replacement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we receive your return, as long as the items are in the same condition and undamaged, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
