Shipping policy

 

Standard Shipping
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for order fulfillment before your order ships. During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take up to 3–4 business days.

 

Expedited Shipping
While we do offer expedited shipping services, we are not able to guarantee delivery in the promoted time frame. Once we hand the package to the carrier we are no longer responsible for delays in transit time. Any expedited orders submitted after 11am MST will ship the following business day. Additionally, we do not pack orders on weekends - any expedited orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
