Expedited Shipping
While we do offer expedited shipping services, we are not able to guarantee delivery in the promoted time frame.  Once we hand the package to the carrier we are no longer responsible for delays in transit time.   Our carriers typically take our daily packages around 2PM MST - any expedited orders submitted past that time will ship the following business day.  Additionally, we do not pack orders on weekends, any expedited orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at, request a return label and let us know what you'd like to exchange your item(s) for. Once your return has been processed and we receive your item(s) in the same condition, we will create a new order for you free of charge, as long as the items you are exchanging are the same listing price as the items you originally purchased. If you wish to exchange for an item with a differing listing price, we will either send an invoice for a remaining balance or issue a partial refund. 

Once we receive your return, as long as the items are in the same condition and undamaged, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
