Return Process
Returns are accepted for 30 days after the purchase date, as long as the items are returned in new condition and unwashed, except in situations where an item is denoted as a final sale and refunds/returns not allowed.

We do not offer exchanges, rather we will refund your order and you can place another one. Mis-Shipments
While we have a very high accuracy rate for our shipments, we do occasionally make mistakes. Please contact us at merch@dudedad.com if you did not receive the item that you purchased and we will assist with a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, as long as the items are in the same condition and undamaged, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We ordered the T-shirt version of this, and I took it over during a camp trip....oops! Ha. Grateful to get him a sweatshirt in this style for Christmas!! He's going to love it. Sizing is spot on.

Perfect for casual wear!

I initially bought this jacket for my FIL. It was so perfect as a lightweight jacket that I went back and ordered myself one too. My FIL loved his Dude Dad set of the shirt, jacket, and hat! My first package was unfortunately delivered to the wrong door and Dude Dad sent over another order to the correct address right away. Great products, great customer service, and you’re supporting a great family, can’t beat that!

Slim fit. If you like your jackets baggy, get a size larger. Love it!

Love this hoodie. I love RV'ing with the family and going on adventures with them. The fit is a little snug, so I recommend ordering one size larger than you would normally wear.
